30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Returns must include all original parts, cords, controls, manuals, and accessories.

  • Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy helps protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at justthetipswithnicole@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Please note that, under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Therefore, opened intimate products, lubricants, oils, bath and body products, and other personal care items are not eligible for return or withdrawal once opened.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been shipped back.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or material issues that affect functionality, beginning on the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration.
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Products that have been taken apart, modified, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Lubricants, oils, bath and body products, and personal care items.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable or digital products.
