30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Returns must include all original parts, cords, controls, manuals, and accessories.
• Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy helps protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.

To request a return, sign in to your account and select the eligible order. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. We will review your request and send return instructions if it is approved.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a flat $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We will provide an approved return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Please do not send products back without an approved return request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at justthetipswithnicole@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

Approved refunds will reflect the $6.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items returned without approval, outside the return window, or in a condition that does not meet this policy may be refused.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, sign in to your account and submit a return request. To withdraw before your order has been delivered, or if you cannot access your account, contact us at justthetipswithnicole@gmail.com.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the eligible goods within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a defect or an error on our part, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. This may include intimate products, lubricants, oils, bath and body products, and other personal care items once opened.

When required by applicable law, eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or receive proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products include a one-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects or material issues that affect functionality, beginning on the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Products that have been taken apart, modified, or tampered with.

This commercial warranty does not limit any legal guarantee or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are final sale:

• Opened or used products.
• Lubricants, oils, bath and body products, and personal care items.
• Clearance or discounted items specifically marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable or digital products.
