Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country and may affect delivery estimates. We are unable to control or expedite customs clearance.
Refused Packages
If you refuse delivery or decline to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees and the package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product cost once the merchandise has been received in its original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at nicole@justthetipswithnicole.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
