Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects on all motorized products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
I love the positional aid. It's firm, yet soft enough to be comfortable. The wedge shape gives my hips just the right angle. It's convenient that the covering on it is removable and machine washable. It's also slim enough to fit under my bed when I'm done and it's out of sight. 10/10 recommend!
