I originally purchased the wedge through a separate retailer because being 6 months pregnant I cannot sleep flat on my back. Well, once I researched the brand name and realized what the pillow was originally intended for, I knew I had to have the other. I ordered the ramp and use it in conjunction with the wedge. My husband and I have had some of the best sex in recent months due to my larger belly. Positions had become so strenuous. This ramp has opened up so many possibilities for us lately. We love the fact that we can explore more and reach more angles than before. We plan to add more pieces to our room soon! Also, we are both 200+lb people and get along with the regular size just fine In addition, if you are pregnant, invest in this and the wedge!
