Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects on all motorized products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.

So I'm on the fence about it but my husband loves it . I know when we so use it it feels amazing and the work out I get is crazy but if you are wanting to try new things I won't go with this one just yet
