Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects on all motorized products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
The product is soft and has a great feel while holding it, I don't care for how the button to turn on and off is at the base because trying to use in the shower on the wall you don't have an easy way to adjust it. You have to turn on before applying to the wall. But I do have to say that all the speeds are great for what you will need.
